What’s on the menu for the April installment of the Tamale Hut Cafe Reading Series? Oh, you know, the usual: tamales, tinga–and a few specialties from the Dragon Cafe.
Open mic contributor Aaron Longoria is our featured reader this month. He’ll have more stories to share about health codes, cooking contests, and other adventures and obstacles from the fantasy world of his Dragon Cafe tales, along with perhaps some of his other published works.
As always, the reading starts at 7 p.m. with our featured reader’s presentation. An open mic follows, and all are welcome to participate. Food and drinks will be available for purchase as well. And just in case you didn’t know, Tamale Hut Cafe is located at 8300 W. Cermak Road in North Riverside.
See you on April 19!
